SuperShuttle is the premiere shared-ride airport ground transportation service in the United States and is a subsidiary of the global leader in the transportation industry, Transdev. SuperShuttle’s website has very high traffic, but they wanted to ensure the traffic was converting, as many guests were failing to complete their bookings.
The transportation space is very competitive; SuperShuttle came looking for a way to differentiate their services, while creating not only more customer acquisition, but also higher retention rates. Together, Ve and SuperShuttle devised a remarketing strategy to create higher conversions both onsite and via email remarketing.
Ve’s remarketing plan resulted in increased conversions for VePrompt of 21% and for VeContact of 48%.
Ve created a remarketing strategy to target both onsite re-engagement and email remarketing. Realizing that an incentive would be the quickest way to increase acquisition in real time, Ve implemented VePrompt, its onsite re-engagement tool, highlighting a 5% incentive, and set to activate at every stage of the booking funnel once a registration was in process.
Additionally, if a new registrant or existing registered guest abandons the booking process; Ve implemented its email remarketing solution, VeContact, also featuring a 5% incentive, and set to deploy 45 minutes post-abandonment.
