VeContact is unique email marketing software that works in tandem with data capture software VeCapture to reduce shopping cart abandonment within ecommerce platforms. VeContact is the email campaign tool that automatically sends targeted emails to visitors who have left shopping carts prior to completing their transactions. Ve Interactive is therefore able to provide clients with automated re-marketing campaigns to help drive abandoned traffic through to conversion.

How does it work?

The process is incredibly simple; once VeCapture has collected an abandoned visitor’s information, VeContact automatically sends out an operational email that encourages a visitor to revisit your site and complete their transaction. All you need to do is choose which template you want, or give us one of your own, and our design team will put a professional email together for you. The email is designed to have the same branding and style as all your other marketing efforts.

Occasionally, our clients will offer a discount voucher or promo code to further entice a visitor to make a purchase. We find that in general the higher the discount offer, the greater the revenue generated through Ve Interactive. Remarketing techniques can be as simple as sending a generic customer-service email, to offering free shipping, contests, time-sensitive discounts, or tiered discounts with an increased basket spend. Messaging can also be loaded to deliver specific content to higher value or designated customer groups based on any criteria, (gender, age, income etc).

Whatever the offer, VeContact gives your abandoned visitors the personal recognition that lets them know you care about their business and are willing to go to extra lengths to make sure they have a satisfactory experience.

Does Ve Interactive keep the email addresses of our customers?

No. Ve Interactive is a data processor on behalf of our clients and data ownership remains solely with our clients. We store the email addresses on our servers for the exclusive purpose of sending the VeContact email. Once the email is sent, the email name is held on file to ensure that the visitor doesn’t receive multiple messages within a short period of time. After that all email addresses are deleted from our servers. At no point do we sell or in any way exploit the contact information from these remarketed visitors.
