Corporate Policy: Anti Corruption & Bribery
Ve Interactive Ltd, and its subsidiaries (hereinafter referred to as “Ve Interactive”), constantly reviews its business practices and procedures to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Bribery Act 2010, which came into force as of April 2011.
A company that does not have adequate measures in place to prevent the act of bribery from which the company does benefit, may commit an offence.
Furthermore, a corporation and/or individual can be guilty of breaching the Act if they accept, encourage or offer bribes in any way. At Ve Interactive we take our responsibility in this area very seriously and have therefore published our Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy, which can be viewed by clicking here.
Ethics and integrity are central to our business and as such we expect not only our staff to comply with all of the principles set forth in the policy but also, our suppliers and third party service providers when working with Ve Interactive.
