Corporate Social Responsibility
Ve Interactive believes in responsible business and in the spirit of our culture, the company is committed to being both environmentally conscious and socially responsible along the way, to improve the lives of communities in which we work and revolve in.
"For me it's something that uses the power of business in unorthodox way to potentially cause a paradigm shift"
Lily Cole, model turned Internet entrepreneur, speaking at Wired 2012
TechAid
"Whenever we talk about being linked to yourselves, we always think about dynamism, integrity and passion" Dr Ian Williams, Executive Director - Concern Universal
Ve is partnered with the international development organisation Concern Universal, giving our pro bono services to assist with their digital strategy. In the last 12 months we have worked together on the charity's website rebrand and rebuild, set up an affiliate programme for them, created digital marketing assets, and advised on SEO and social media strategies. We are very proud that the organisation was shortlisted for a Charity Times Award 2012 and we are enjoying our on-going collaboration.
"Ve Interactive’s expertise and experience give a tremendous boost to our efforts to spread the word about Concern Universal and get more people on board. We prioritise economy, efficiency and effectiveness in all that we do and this hugely valuable support from Ve Interactive helps us do that. The bottom line is that more people are able to lift themselves out of poverty for good.”

The company also supports Race Online 2012, Global Entrepreneurship, Young Rewired State and the 2012 BIMA Digital Day Challenge, where this year we mentored sixth form pupils from St Saviour's & St Olave's School in Southwark, London.
"I was really inspired by the representatives that came to our school to help us with the BIMA Digital Day. I want to work in your company in the future."

BIMA DDay Challenge
The BIMA DDay Challenge is an annual event in the UK. BIMA represents agencies, freelancers and supporting businesses across the UK's thriving digital economy. Its members are producing some of today's most creative and innovative work.
The UK is currently in a poor economic state. This has resulted in unacceptable levels of youth unemployment and uncertainity around career direction for young people. BIMA can contribute by highlighting the positives our industry can bring.
Digital has grown fast and as a sector we have an increasing lack of talented people to employ. If this situation continues to worsen, it will become a major threat to the industry. It will also inhibit any additional advantages the sector can deliver to the UK economy overall.
Through this challenge BIMA aims to raise awareness within our schools, to highlight the skills needed and opportunities available. The concept of linking schools to industry is simple. It's cost effective and deliver benefits both ways.
For the 2012 DDay Challenge - Ve Interactive volunteered to mentor sixth form pupils from St Saviour's & St Olave's School in Southwark, London. The result was a productive and exciting collaboration, where the pupils were coached as they worked on various digital marketing projects. Fun was had and new friendships were formed.
