What we are about In 2009 we set out to create a company with a spirit, enthusiasm and mind set that would allow us to venture into new territories of online efficiency. We offer data driven services within the digital marketing and software space, specifically in shopping cart abandonment lead generation and remarketing technologies, as well as offering optimisation services. We combine smart people, creative ideas and hard work. We also believe in Responsible Business and are proud to give our pro-bono services to the international charity Concern Universal, to assist with their digital strategy. We also support Race Online 2012, Global Entrepreneurship Week and I Value The Arts. Industry Background As the Internet grew to become an integral part of all businesses, (supported by the emergence of over 200 million websites in the past decade and currently some £3 trillion being spent online each year), so too did the need for website efficiency in order to maximise revenue opportunities. The industry of Web Analytics evolved and is now an integral part of many major website strategies, as website owners try to determine where their website visitors come from, what journey they take through the site and whether their visit resulted in the best possible economic outcome. Whilst the industry is awash with software for website owners to monitor this activity, it is literally only monitoring that is achieved. One of the largest challenges facing website owners is quality lead generation and the conversion of those leads to sale. Indeed it is reported that only 35-40% of transactions commenced online result in a sale and this is only increasing with comparison shopping on the rise. Depending on the cost of items sold on a website, each percentage point of abandonment could represent tens of thousands, if not millions of pounds per month in revenue. As a result, the industry of online lead generation is now reported to be the fastest growing online industry, reporting 71% YTY growth, twice as fast as the online advertising market.
